A diet plan is an exercise you need to follow to see the results. To have a great and healthy life you should have the following things:

Foods to eat: 
                     It helps in burning calories, keeping food in your place, maintaining body mass, and reducing fat build-up. A diet plan can be a perfect solution for that. Here are some foods to start your healthy diet plan:

1. Protein: 

1 cup dry beans, 2 cups dried chickpeas, 1 cup tofu or other soybeans (any kind), 1/4 tablespoon olive oil, 3-4 eggs, fresh spinach, and brown rice. 2. Water:

Not only mangoes and berries but any fruit can be eaten in moderation, you just need to know how to use them properly and then enjoy them. Fruit juices must have added sugar, lemon juices help keep you hydrated. It’s not necessary to overdo it as a little bit of extra sugar is good for you.

6. Low Fat Dairy products:

Dairy products like cheese, milk, and ice cream don’t increase insulin and they also increase the chance of diabetes. So, be careful while choosing dairy products on regular basis. Just stick to these types and make sure you check the ingredients list of every brand.

7. Cooked dishes:

Always choose wisely while you cook. Don't overcook things or make them too spicy. Choose simple recipes rather than complicated ones, so it's easy to make dishes at home. Be prepared with all the ingredients and serve it right.

8. Make a salad and mix it with vegetables like watermelon slices, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Don’t forget to bring at least half the watermelon pieces to make it more nutritious. It also adds flavor and color to your salads with its different varieties.

9. Use herbs and spices: 

Spices and herbs are used in herbal medicines, they also boost your immune system, prevent infection and inflammation and reduce pain. Spices and herbs can be easily found at your kitchen counter or buy them from the store. Keep your cabinet stocked with those spices and herb blends that will be useful for your health and wellbeing.

10. Drink plenty of water: 

The main thing you could consider is water, we all know that water is a vital liquid in the body. Therefore, it is important to replace electrolytes that contribute to dehydration with drinking water. Remember to drink at least 8 servings daily.

11. Go for workout videos on Youtube:

It's a good idea to watch at least one workout video a day, to stay motivated to work out and remain active.

12. Limit the number of carbs

Sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes, and sweets are among the biggest sources of carbohydrates in the diet. So, limit and limit on that. Stick to carb-free grains like oats, brown rice, wheat, and quinoa.

13. Take care of your mental health:

Good mental health contributes to overall wellbeing. Hence, focus on self-care and make yourself a priority. Focus on what matters to you and go for that as opposed to looking at others' opinions or thinking about your well-being. 20. Track all your purchases:

Whenever possible, track not only the purchases made by food items but also the transactions made by cash or cheques. It could even be tracking how much money you spent/earned on clothes, groceries, and transport. Also, keep a note of all bills and payments you made, that can improve your relationship with your finances.

21. Know your nutrition:

Nutrition is a crucial factor to maintain good health. It could be referred to as general medical nutrition or GMA. It's about managing the nutritional status of any individual using both micronutrients and macronutrients. Ensure that you eat an adequate supply of protein and fiber, calcium, iron, and iodine. Ensure that you consume sufficient amounts of vitamin A, B, and C, folate, niacin, thiamin, and riboflavin.

22. Workout consistently:
